The Softech Worldwide Rich Media Platform™ (RMP) offers a unique and exciting set of technologies to transform existing videos, images, audio and presentation slides into highly effective, track able and interactive messages that can be measured for effectiveness!
"Interactive Rich Media Mashups" are created using cutting edge SilverLight 2.0 - based Ultra Mashup Studio™ by mixing together:
- Videos
- Sounds

- Text captions
- Branched quizzes and
- Presentation slides
Mashups created in Ultra Mashup Studio™ are playable in the Ultra Mashup Player™. Like Ultra Mashup Studio™, the Player is also based on Silverlight 2.0 and is therefore functional across browsers, platforms and devices. The Ultra Mashup Player™ can be embedded in any website or web-enabled application, because of the AJAX and SOA based architecture used to deliver the Mashups.

The Player plays each Mashup in an optimized manner such that it loads content files of each Mashup dynamically from the locations of their storage. (Mashups can be created using media files residing on any accessible storage server or website.)
The Ultra Mashup Player™ is in fact a Rich Internet Application runtime that is able to process user interactions and inputs. It allows users to select and type responses to quizzes, polls and surveys embedded in the Mashup, and records all actions performed by the user, such as rewind, forward, slider drag, volume change, time taken to submit quiz response, etc. The Player also allows users to jump specific sections (“chapters”) within the Mashup by clicking on the Chapters fly-out.
Presentation slides run in synchronization with the Player, as defined by their definition in the Studio.
